It looks like the Cupertino based mobile phone maker will next include Force Touch Technology to sense the pressure to its iPhones of next generation based on the reports by The Wall Street Journal article that aims at gathering latest developments about iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus (iPhone7). The Force Touch technology is already featured in the Apple watch and MacBook with 12 inch Retina. This feature allows the gadgets to differentiate between a hard press and a soft tap you make on it.
Based on the news report that comes from the suppliers of Apple, the next generation smartphones from Apple will have 5.5 inch and 4.7 inch display screen with similar kind of resolution. In addition, brand new colors are also possible as Apple is already planning to include a pink color option to its existing iPhone color collection such as gold, silver and gray.
The production process of such components for the upcoming iPhones will begin from this May. However the Wall Street Journal states that Apple always tests its designs and technology of various suppliers first, before making it as the finalized addition to its gadgets. The latest report portrays that Force Touch would be available in the next iPhone. This is because the sources from supply chain first told us about this technology in January and it looks like it was a reliable one as the feature is now found in the latest MacBook and Apple Watch.
Apart from the rumor about technology and color, very less has been revealed about the upcoming iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus from Apple. These mobilephones are expected to have an enhanced touch ID, better Ram and improved camera. Both these Apple devices would hit the market by the month of September.
